I heard some foreigner project of sun roof top global plan in India. I was very disappointed by the presentation, because after having lived in Germany during eighties and France which is very late in sun private equipments because of the nuclear lobby, two questions are strongly open about India:
- in our relative rich countries, solar inverters are just installed on the roof existing slope, south preferably, but already build. Having spend long time in India, I didn& acute;t saw such roofs on private houses, but terraces. It means that in India, the cost of solar inverter private roof panels needs a carrying structure. More expensive, then, than in Europe.
- the question was asked in & quot;Vibrant& quot; about the Gujarat policy when private production will need to be sell to the State. Private investment for solar inverter panels installation needs a clear and stable policy to calculate the time of financial return.
All these conditions are not yet clear, and it is normal. Anyway, it is not difficult to appreciate that private roof arrangement is much more expensive than Tar Kovacs Systems programme in which the solar inverter panels will not be covered daily by the dust, and will not depend on hundred of thousands private conditions of maintenance......and will not be intermittent production.
