In the feed pump pressure will require filtering material sent to the filter chamber, through the filtering medium (choose suitable cloth according to different industries), the solid and liquid separation. Solid particles form a residue in the filter cloth, filter cake is formed to fill the filter chamber. The filtrate through filter cloth and the filter plate groove flow down to the passage of the liquid, concentrated discharge. Filter is completed, can be washed into the washing liquid filter. After washing, sometimes can also choose to pass into the compressed air, remove residual washing liquid. After filtering open removable filter cake of filter press (filter cake store in the middle of the two adjacent filter plates), cleaning cloth, re compression filter plate began under a working cycle.
