These applications range from simple dewatering of effluents to multiple washing of pharmaceuticals under hygienic conditions with many applications in between with food based processing and corrosive processes as areas of specialization. Membrane presses are available for chemical applications with plate sizes up to 2000 mm and operating pressure ranges of 10, 16 and 30 bar.

Applications of Fully automatic membrane filter press

The filter press is widely used in mining, food, pharmaceutical, oil, solid-liquid separation industries. Detailed as: ceramic, gelatin, edible oil, chemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, leather tanneries, sewage treatment plants, sugar, fertilizers,petro chemicals. Many oil plants, such as rapeseeds, cotton seeds, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and palm kernel, etc. Medium and small oil refinery, oil mill and private oil squeezing workshop.

Membrane filter press Working Principle

We offer different filter press models for final liquid dewatering,as at the end of filtration,the pump and the thicker and thicker filter cakes fill all the filtering chambers,less and less room for continuous suspension feeding by the feeding pump,after inflating membranes by squeezing media,the chamber volume will change greatly to make solid filter cakes and to squeeze out lots of running water,to increase dewatering efficiency.

Now we offer two kind of membrane filter plates,one is PP membrane filter plate,the other one is rubber membrane filter plate,with different squeezing design for different material dewatering requirements.
