Customer Support
Aside from our foreign trade department, we have a support team composed of 10 technicians. They handle your technical problems and provide training -- on how to use or maintain supplied products -- via the telephone or the Internet.
R&D and Production Capabilities
Our 50 R&D staff develop one to two new items every month, and turn your rough ideas or specifications into samples seven days or less.
Our 2,500 staff at our 200,000-square-meter factory produce $20 million worth of scooters and security products every year.
We source our raw materials in volume from long-term partner suppliers and produce our main fittings and components in-house. This ensures that we are able to offer you low prices and maintain a consistent level of quality for our products.
