Introduction
As the professional aluminum piston manufacture for automobile, marine, and mechanical engine since 1998, we introduced the Instrumentation Quality Inspector, CNC Boring Machines, CNC Drilling Machines, CNC Grinding Machines, Piston Profile Tester, Roughness meter etc. from Japan, America and Germany to explore eight production lines. And our product design and process technology management are computerized. Presently, we are certificated the ISO9001:9002 and with the ability to design the new products and the tooling for the oil gallery, tin-coating, phosphate, hard anodizing and silk-screen print products. For the product testing, we are able to proceed the metallurgical structure, physical-chemical experiments, and geometric dimensioning and tolerance etc.
About two decade passed, we have successfully assisted the customers to assemble the liner kit more than one million. Nowadays our products are categorized more than 250 engine types, and exported to West Europe, Mideast, South America, east Asia and Africa.
