Established in 1996, we manufacture a wide range of acoustic components and equipment, including buzzers, transducers, speakers and receivers. Market leaders such as Delco Delphi, Siemens, TRW, Bosch, VDO, and Samsung depend on us, and our annual export value is US$600 million.
R&D
Forty-five engineers work with European and US partners to develop a new product every 10 months, and are available to handle your OEM projects, too. Our R&D equipment includes Auto CAD 2000, Solid Works 2001, oscillographs, aphonic rooms and spectrum analyzers.
5.5 Million Units Each Month
With 20 production lines and over 350 employees, we can turn out 5.5 million units every month for substantial orders. Thirty percent of our raw materials are from the US and Germany, and we use up-to-date manufacturing equipment such as SMD assembly lines, conveyor belts with automatic temperature channels, UV ovens and mercury vapor UV lamps for the gluing process.

Delco Delphi and Siemens have inspected and audited our facilities, so our quality is sure to meet the most rigorous standards. We follow ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000 guidelines for manufacturing, and have VDO(6.3) approval from Siemens and CE approval for our products. For every million units we produce, only an impressive 30 are ineligible for sale.
Five-Year Exporter
We sell more than 95 percent of our output to countries and regions such as Europe, the US, the Hong Kong SAR, the Taiwan area and the Middle East. Our experience in key markets and with prominent electronics companies makes us an ideal partner.
