MARS Series provides another way to do the foam compacting by melting. Heat makes the foam melt down to a container them hardened like a rock. The ingot has a better density and could save more handling cost.

Mars series (Hot melt machine) is specialized in compacting EPS and PE foam and could save large space to offer you convenience.

Applicable materials include EPS, EPE, PSP, XPS, PSP/food tray and cups.

Mars melting machine, a recycling machine, could handle various foam materials and melt them down to blocks. Mars hot melting machines are specialist for rigid polystyrene recycling, but the process need heat to melt PE foam.
