100MN Dished Head Hydraulic Press
LS Heavy Industry Engineering Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures 100MN hydraulic press used in pressure vessels. The push down type hydraulic press is with four columns, and pre-stressed frame with tie rods ensuring high rigidity. The plunger rods of press cylinders connect main slider through hinge joints. The plunger rods of press cylinders connect blank holding slider through hinge joints. All motion parts are automatic lubricated, e.g. guiding area of moveable crossbeam, motion area of moveable table.
In hydraulic system, prefill tank is on the top of the press for the minimum distance to press cylinders, the cylinders are directly driven by oil pumps. All pipe clamps are shock-proof installed. The oil temperature, oil pressure, oil liquid level is automatically detected, displayed in both hydraulic station and operation room. In case failure, automatic alarms.
