Material: 304 S/S, 316S/S or copper
Surface treatment: 2B finish, mirror plate or copper
Heating method: Steam
Basic configuration:
1) Mash/lauter tank+kettle/whirlpool tank+Hot water tank
2) Mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank+ hot water tank
3) Mash tun+lauter tun+boiling tank+whirlpool tank, hot water tank configured
4) Rice cooker+mash tun+lauter tun+boiling tank+whirlpool tank.
Pump: mash tun+lauter pump+ wort pump etc, speed controlled, sanitary grade.
Platform: Designed as the actual layout, skid proof, with hand rails etc
Heat exchanger: Stainless steel, sanitary grade, designed as actual brewing process.
Others: Butterfly valves, stainless steel piping, maniford, hose, aeration unit etc.
Tank volume design follows customers actual brewing process or recipe.
