MACHINE DESICREPTION
1.ALFA75 is designed for attaching, forming for back part of shoes upper, to make them forming in the right way.
2.From the front side, we can see a center station with one cold mould and two rubber mould pads. At the both sides of center station, there is a cold mould and a rubber mould pad. 3.Heat by temperature controlling system. It makes better adhesive for hotmelt and upper heel part.
In the center of machine, there is a control panel with some switches. They are black buttons,for start working; red buttons, for rapidly stop. And main switch ON/OFF, show lights, and switches of chilling system.
4.On the top of machine, there is a program keyboard with display. We can see machine& acute;s working status and every station& acute;s temperature.
5.The machine also has equipment of 4 cylinders, and different adjusting hand wheel for setting the position of mould pad.
6.All electric parts include, fuse ,electronic block,transformer etc. They are in the control panel box which is in front of the machine.
