Description
Miconazole nitrate is artificial synthesis of 1- phenyl ethyl imidazole derivatives, which belongs to the imidazole antifungal drug, drug miconazole we are familiar with the commonly used in the treatment of skin tinea, by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol fungal cell membrane component, the structure of cell membrane was damaged, so that the cell membrane permeability increased, resulting in the leakage of intracellular constituents and inhibition of glucose, prevent nutrient uptake, the fungal cell death, suitable for the treatment of tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manus, tinea pedis, tinea versicolor and fungal paronychia and by yeast (such as the rosary fungus) vaginal infection and secondary infection and gram positive bacteria, external otitis, bacterial skin infections are effective.
Including the most common adverse reactions of miconazole nitrate and side effect: occasional allergy, blisters, itching, burning sensation, congestion or other skin irritation. Very rare angioedema, urticaria, eczema, contact dermatitis, erythema, pelvic pain (Jing Luan), vaginal irritation, vaginal secretions and the administration site discomfort.
Properties: This product is white or crystal or white crystalline powder; odorless or almost odorless. The goods in the methanol slightly soluble, slightly soluble in chloroform or ethanol, insoluble in water and ether.
