# # The Wood we use is for FSC standard and we can show the FSC certification to you if you need.
# The MDF can meet either E1 or Carb2 Standard. The difference is that E1 is for European standard and Carb2 is for USA standard
# The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.3mg/L if you need.
# The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 2 mm to minus 2 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
# Mail order packing or drop teasing order packing is workable for us and we have much experience of this kind packing as we have some customers who only do this kind online business.
# The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust..

# The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, white box with labels, printed colorful box and so son.

1. How quickly we can response after your inquiry

2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us.

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

3. The samples will be charged or not?

The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.

4. What can we do for you after the goods is finished and shipped out to you.

Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.

5. How about the QC system in our factory

We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.

7. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out.

?

In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
