The YK5120 CNC Gear Shaping Machine features high efficiency and high working accuracy. It is specially suitable for automobile, motorcycle, machine tool as well as dedicated gear manufacturing factories to rough and finish cut internal and external spur gears, duster gears, segment gears, interrupted-tooth gears and correct gear teeth with pre-setting taper within 30. Equipped with special attachments, it can also cut helical gears, shaft gears, and gears, with tapered and crowning tooth.
Advanced hydrostatic technology is applied on bearings and guide ways to enhance rigidity. The machine can work in three modes-radial feed, radial-rotary feed, as well as screw feed methods. Automatic clamping device for work are provided on the table to meet the requirement of mass production.
