Overview:
ZRD-150 is a calcium soap product with medium fat content, for a total reduction of 75% or less, single-pass compression rate does not exceed 22% in the process of wire drawing, mainly for cold heading wire, spring steel wire, steel wire rope drawing.
Performance:
Fatty acid content: 30%-37% Color: Nattier blue
Softening point: 140-190℃ Water content: 0.4-1.5%
Decomposition temperature: 380-440 ℃ Size: medium particles
Application:
Mainly used in phosphate, boron-treated,no-acid steel wire, and can be used in front passes of the drawing, or you can use in all passes, can make coating thicker. The speed when drawing big size wire can reach 100-360m/min,when drawing small size wire can reach 720-800m/min.Stem pull last in tank can improve the quality of steel wire and reduce the mould consumption.
