Overview:
ZRD-100 lubricant is composed of calcium fatty acid,extreme pressure agents,antiwear agent and other additives, mainly used in no-acid steel wire middle and low carbon wire.

Performance:
Fatty acid content: 40%-45% Color: yellow grey
Softening point: 205℃ Water content: 0.4-1%
Decomposition temperature: 410-440 ℃ Size: medium particles

Application:
Mainly used in phosphate, boron-treated,no-acid steel wire, and can be used in front passes of the drawing, or you can use in all passes, can make coating thicker. In the case of cooling is not good,may appear coking. Stem pull last in tank can improve the quality of steel wire and reduce the mould consumption.
