Select the Product menu bar heading.

Select the Export Sequencer Pattern menu option. The Export Op-tions dialog box is displayed.

Select the type(s) of UICS pattern programs to be created and select OK. The Export Sequencer Pattern to ASCII dialog box is displayed.

Enter the filename in the File entry field. This is the name given to the UICS style patterns.

Select the destination path for the UICS patterns. The default destina-tion is the IMUPSIMPEXP directory.

Select OK. A message indicates the product was exported successfully. The sequencer pattern programs use the filename entered in step 4 and are stored in the destination directory defined in step 5.
Use a text editor to view the pattern programs.
If the insertion sequence is altered after the sequencer patterns are generated, the entire process must be performed again. Otherwise, the taped components from the sequencer will not match the insertion sequence.
Rotate Product
Use the Rotate Product option to rotate the entire product in 90° incre-ments. Rotation occurs in a counterclockwise direction.
