Introduction
Vibratory Sieve Machine is an ideal screening machine for various applications like Sieving, Grading and Sizing of dry Pharmaceutical-Chemical-Food-Dye-Cosmetic Plastic Powder Granules & Particles.
This Machine is portable unit, ideal for separation various types of solids from solid mixtures and gradation of products based on their particle sizes to get uniformly sized product.
Working principle
Rotary Vibrating Screen is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source.
The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal, vertical and inclined movement onto the sieving screener surface. The trajectories of the materials on the sieving machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.
Function
1. Grading
Each model can precisely and continuously screen and separate screened products, the multi—layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.
2. Solid-liquid separation
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi—layer type into different grade materials.
3. Remove the impurity
The model can quickly separate a few oversize or undersized particles from a quantity of materials.
