Our suggestion is full spectrum,red: blue=8:1 or 7:2, red: blue: orange=7:1:1. (Red: 620-630nm Blue: 460-470nm Orange: 610-615nm). Installment:
After opening the package, and find a small plastiv packing bags with four rope, get it, inseting each rope in that four holes that back of grow light, just like picture one. Then choose one proper height, haning up the wire, it is finished. Connect the power supply, the grow light will begin to work properly.
