Description
The plastic-sheet granilators of GR-28 Series,and are mainly used to crush sheeting materials of PVC ,PP,PET,PETG and plastic lilm. The machine is adopted a particular design to keep the processing out of pollution and overheating.The nachine is characterized with compact structure,atractive appearance,convenient operation,optimized rotation knife to achieve lowest energy consumption and higher cutting efficiency

1. Outside bearing seat design,in order to avoid the dust entering into the bearing ,long time using life.
2. Separation design for machine body,convenient for replacing the screen and blades.
3. Screw driven feeding device,save the man power,reduce to pollute raw material,raise the working efficiency.
4. Overloading protector for motor and interlock device double protection for the safety of personnel and mator.
5. Special knife blade structure adoptiing shear principle ,made of high contented chromium steel,shred the various plastic in an easy wany.
6. Knives gap adjustment is available,and the knives can be reshapened numerous times,long time using life.
7. Optimized auto-feeding device,make the feeding to be more smooth.
8. Modern design,nice appearance. 9. Equipped with shock-proof feet,reduce the noise of vibration.
Note:
1)The max.Granulating quantity depend on the mesh hole diameter and material to be granulated.
2)The machine voltage specification is 3,380V,50Hz. The voltage can be changed as you require.
