3. Sectional type heating curing process

The traditional heating curing process other factories use is one step heating.Our factory use unique and brand new curing kiln.Our sectional type heating curing process is divided in four stages, preheat zone, heating zone, high temperature zone,which makes internal molecular structure of slabs generate chemical reaction, and avoids dark lines and crack on slabs caused by suddenly heating or cooling.

4. Unique fasten and cooling process

After heating curing process,we will fasten the hot slabs in iron stands and let the slabs fully cooling,which makes our quartz slabs become more flat and straight than other factories’,whom just let the slabs lean on iron stands and cooling.
