We have independent manufacturing workshops and modern production lines. The staff members of our company are all trained to take their position and are skillful at their jobs. We strictly control every step in production from raw material purchase to manufacturing. The production process can be divided into 5 steps which are respectively assembly processing, charging for aging, product testing, quality inspection and storage. We strictly control every production step to guarantee the final products we produce are in good quality.
In the testing step, we will do some tests on Wi-Fi and 3G network to check whether our product can access to the network normally. In addition, tests on audio devices, liquid crystal display and interfaces will be done as well.
In the quality inspection step, we will check to make sure the appearance and other performances of the finished product are in good condition. Then the products will be packed and sent to the warehouse for storage.
