Brief Description
ZSM Dewatering screen consists of vibrating motor, screen box, screen cloth, damping spring, and seat frame. It rotates in different directions synchronously driven by two vibrating motors, which makes the screen body move on periodical and to-and-fro linear trajectory to achieve classification. It can classify, dewater slime and wet slender materials.
ZSM Dewatering screen widely applies to mining industry, coal industry, electric power industry, metallurgical industry, and building material, refractory material and sintering plant, etc.

Working Principle
The two sets of separated vibrators are driven in reverse direction synchronously and rotated by adhesive tape. The linear and reciprocal trajectory of the screen box is produced due to the eccentric force generated from the reverse motion of the screen, which makes the materials on screen mesh do gradual vibration from input to output, during the vibrating process the part which less than the screen hole (water) falls through the sieve hole while the rest falls from the output, so as to achieve the purpose of classification, dehydration.
