Description:
Gas-liquid separator is a kind of equipment which can make the liquid discharge from the negative pressure container. It is mainly used to separate the gas and liquid in vacuum system. In the meantime, it can also used in other similar conditions. And FPB filtrate pump is the most important.
Features:
Gas-liquid separator is composed of GLS separation tank and FPB filtrate pump
Used with liquid ring vacuum pump or nessler& acute;s pump, it works as superposed separation device. The air liquid mixture comes from vacuum dewatering system, passes through separating tank, then condenses into water droplets and sinks to the bottom of the barrel. The water collected from FPB filtrate tank can be recycled.
The size of separating tank is according to swept volume and water content
FPB filtrate pump has unique section performance and high turbidity resistance. When vacuum degree of separating tank reaches 600 MMHG, pump can still work normally.
The liquid from separating tank will not through the vacuum pump, so the pump will not be corroded and scaling. It can effectively reduce the operation cost
The materials can be chosen according to the user& acute;s requirements.
