1. Properties and applications:
RSiC material is made of a select grade and high-purity silicon carbide powder without any additive composition, consolidated by vacuum induction sintering furnace at temperature 2450c. This material is with high antioxidant ability, low mass and high temperature strength, long life, size stability, load-bearing ability under high temperature and good energy-saving effects, many products such as rollers, beams, plates, temperature-measuring pipes, nozzles for burners, cooling air pipes and other shaped structural parts can be made from it, which are widely used in Roller kiln, Tunnel kiln, Shuttle kiln & Bell kiln for ceramics, electric porcelain, metallurgy industries etc.
