The product belongs to feed grade Phytase. It is made with the strain of Pichia pastoris by means of cultivation and extraction technique.EC3.1.3.26.HS: 35079090.

1 unit of Phytase equals to the amount of enzyme, which liberates 1 μmol of inorganic phosphorus in 1 min. from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytase at 37°C and pH5.5.

MECHANISM:
It breaks down the undigestible phytic acid (phytate) found in grains and oil seeds into inositol, phosphoinositide or phosphoric acid, and thus release digestible phosphorus, calcium and other nutrients, enhance the nutritive value of plant material, improve the utility of nutrition and reduce the environmental pollution caused by using of phosphorus.

APPLICATION FIELD & FUNCIONS:
It functions as follow when used as an animal feed additive for livestock and poultry.
-- Decompose the phytate phosphorus in the plant materials, balance the metabolize and physiological role of the animal;
-- Improve the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus and reduce environmental pollution;
-- Reduce the dosage of inorganic phosphorus to save cost;
-- Break phytanate frame, release nutrients like mineral elements, starch, protein, to increase the feed utilizing rate.

STORAGE and EXPIRATION:
Should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
