Electric Diaphragm Pump also called Electromechanical Membrane Pumps (EM pumps) are widely used in wastewater and sewage treatment, chemical and ceramic industries, mining, power plants, marine and offshore applications.
These pumps incorporate the sealless, dry-running, low shear, versatile fluid handling capability of traditional diaphragm pump design.
Body material options are Aluminum –304 Stainless Steel – Cast Iron – Polypropylene. Explosion-proof motors are also available.
DBY Series Cycloid electric diaphragm pump, the new research and development of new electric diaphragm pump, using XLD series cycloid reducer transmission power, instead of the traditional turbine vortex rod reducer. Similarly diaphragm material in recent years has made breakthrough progress, so that the pumps can replace part of a wider centrifugal pump, screw pump, submersible pump, mud pump and impurity pump.
Working Principle:
Moter(4)through the gear box(3)above the diaphragm plunger to drive around the ends(2) one after the other to reciprocate. In the left and right pump chamber, upper and lower four-way valve is equipped with(1),the movement of the diaphragm. Causes a change in volume of the working chamber, forcing the four-way valve is opened and closed alternately, so that the liquid suction and discharge continuously.
