?3D panel is a prefabricated three dimensional lightweight structural panel consisting of a super insulated polystyrene core sandwiched between two engineered layers of 10GA steel welded wire fabric mesh
?To complete the panel form process a 10GA steel wire truss is pierced completely through the polystyrene core and welded to each of the outer layer sheets of 10GA steel welded wire fabric mesh
?Mesh openings: 50 x 50, 75 x 75, 100 x 100mm
?Panel: 1,220mm
?Panel length: 2,400, 3,000 and 6,000mm
?EPS insulation core: 50-100mm
?Materials: low-carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire
?Surface treatment: electro-galvanized, hot-dipped galvanized, PVC coated, powder coated
?Components of the installed panel include: ?Foam/EPS core for insulation
?Wire mesh on both sides
?Welded truss of wire cross pieces
?Sprayed concrete on both sides (shotcrete)
