We use high quality, high density MDF, 25$ per piece, PE hard base. The inferior one is 17$ per piece processed by painting 3 times.Specific process of high gloss paint: The first thing you need to do is to clean and sand the panel. Then paint primer and wait till dried. Brush a coat of oil-based paint. Repeat the step and do 3 times coat of paint. The next step is to paint the color on the surface and then second time varnish the paint. After 2 times surface paint, repair and polish. Once they are completely dried, they are ready for use.

The high shine of a lacquered finish on cabinets gives a kitchen a clean and modern look, but every
fingerprint and smudge can show up in sharp relief on the shiny cabinet surface. Water, food residue, fingerprints and grease can also ruin the look of lacquer. Proper cleaning prevents dirt buildup and returns luster to the lacquer cabinets. Cleaning the cabinets at least once weekly, before they become caked in dirt, keeps them looking their best.

Dust the cabinet doors and surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. A microfiber duster works well since it collects dust without abrading the lacquer surface.

Dampen a sponge with water so it is barely moist. Wipe fingerprints, dirt and smudges from the cabinets with the damp sponge. Water can sometimes damage lacquer, so test in an inconspicuous area first.

Dip a soft cloth into a furniture wax formulated for lacquer surfaces. If using a spray wax, spray the wax directly on the cloth and not onto the cabinet.

Rub the wax into the lacquer with a circular buffing motion. Add more wax to the cloth as needed.
Wipe down the cabinets with a clean soft cloth after waxing to remove the excess wax.

Some lacquer finishes can tolerate mild solvent-based wood cleaners for removing heavy dirt. Test these cleaners in an inconspicuous area of the cabinet to ensure they don& acute;t damage the finish.
