Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.

To make sure the steel pole quality, we have professional to inspect the poles before delivery. We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thick Test, Galvanization thick Test, etc.

Manufacturing | According to GB/T 1591-1994. |
Fabrication process | Cut plate, bending ,forming, automatic welding, drill holes ,quality check before galvanized, hot dip galvanized , final quality check according by client required |
