JCJX-Al or Al-alloy rod breakdown machine
Usage:It used for drawing electrical Aluminium or Aluminium Alloy rod from 9.50mm to 1.80-4.50mm
Main feature:
1. Ironed cast and horizontal structure, dual driving motors, owning rapidly mould-change system;
2. High precision helical gears transmission, with high efficiency and low noise;
3. The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power, which is strong in;
4. Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool, which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire;
5. Wound by the auto double-spooler take-up device;
6. Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen(Simens or according to needs), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
