1.Introduction
This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect dog rabies antigen in dog saliva. After adding sample from dog saliva, the sample move along with the colloidal gold labeling dog rabies antibody, is there is dog rabies antigen in the sample, it combines with antibody on T line and show wine-red color; if there is no dog rabies antigen, then no color reaction.

3. Sample collection and preparation
1) The sample is dog saliva, the samples should be tested immediately after been collected.
2) If sample can not be tested immediately, it should be stored in cold, for more than 24 hours, store in frozen.
3) Using swab to collect canine saliva samples. Make sure the swab absorb the saliva completely.
4) Insert the swab into sample buffer. Mix and stir it completely. Be still for some time, use dropper absorb up-layer clear liquid to test.
4. Test Procedure
1) Open the package, take out test card, put it on desk flatly. Use dropper to add 2 drops of sample to well slowly and accurately.
2) Read the results in 10min, result beyond 15 min is invalid.
