Description
Stainless steel pipe neck butt-welding flange is with a neck tube transition and connection with the pipe butt welding of the
flange. Stainless steel pipe butt-welding neck flange suitable for wide fluctuations in pipeline pressure or temperature, or high
temperature, high pressure and low temperature piping, but also for transportation is expensive, flammable, explosive media pipeline. Welding neck flange is not easy to deformation, good sealing, and wide application, nominal pressure PN control in 16MPa.
This flange is circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography.
The bores of both pipe and flange match, which reduces turbulence and erosion inside the pipeline. The weld neck is therefore
favoured in critical applications.
