Strong woven middle speed corrugator belt:the loads on the edges of the corrugator belt are extremely high in corrugator systems with high production speeds,flat-surface pressure systems and frequent changes of paper width.up to 40%higher temperature and increased wear due to the belt running over heating plates and shoes,are not uncommon.in order to cope with this additional wear,the material which can resist high temperature and anti-abrasion are woven in to the edge of the belt.the width of the edge reinforcement is variable.it can be adjusted flexibly to meet the specific needs of the corrugating system.the woven-in edge reinforcement is an integral part of the belt and does not adversely affect either the running characteristics or the moisture regulating properties of the belt.
Woven high speed corrugator belt:Woven high speed corrugator belt was developed to transfer board and the rapid drying of the board.the structure and the quality fabric of the belt facilitates steam evaporation form the board.the belt is 3layer belt.the structure of two surface layer are not the sames as the middle layer.this structure is developed to produce flat boards on high-speed corrugating machines.the surface of the belt is twill,this reduces the noise while the belt running on the machines.the material of the two surface layer are not the same as middle,this can increase the friction coefficient.
