Description
1200C Rotary Tube Furnace is a CE certified lab tube furnace using high quality ceramic fiber board and Spring wires of Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo. Vacuum sealed flange with two valves & vacuum gauge, and high purity alumina tube are included for immediate use. Rotary Tube Furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-0.5 °C and 51 segments programmable up to 1200°C. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition.
1200R Rotary Tube Furnace is designed for calcining inorganic compound with better uniformity, especially excellent for preparing Li-Ion battery cathode materials with conductive or protective coating on powder, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc in R&D Laboratory.
Rotary Tube Furnace Construction:
1) High purity ceramic fiber insulation (energy saving 40% and weight lighter about 30% than old furnace )
2) Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace below 50C
3) High purity quartz tube as furnace tube
4) Gear DC motor drives quartz tube with variable speed 0 - 7 RPM
4) The furnace can be tilted up to 35° by electric lift
5) Split cover enable faster cooling and easy operation
