2-Stage Kitchen Knife Sharpener
Usage:
To begin with, place the kitchen knife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse grinding for a bluter knife/blade.
Put your knife/blade into the diamond sharpening slot, pulling back and forth with a moderate pressure.
2. Find honing/polishing for knife/blade maitenance.
A necessary step for knife/blade maitenance.Put your knife/blade into the ceramic sharpening slot, also pulling back and forth. Sharpening approximately once a week at least is recommended.
3. Cleaning
After sharpening, clean the knife with wiper or water and the knife sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
