● Main Applications:
? Sealing for aluminum frame of PV module
? Bonding Junction box and TPT/TPE
? Bonding for metal bracket and glass in the back of PV thin film module
? For the bonding and sealing of auto lamp cover, energy saving lamp cap & housing and LED bulb.
● Specifications & Packages
? 310ml/cartridge, 25cartridges/carton.
? 230kg/pail, 2pails/box,1box/pallet.
● How To Use
? Keep the object surfaces clean without rusts, dusts and oil.
? Dispense the sealants to object surfaces.
? Put the objects in the air for 24 hours in the condition of room temperature & 55%RH to reach a cure depth of 2~4mm,the longer, the deeper. the depth will reach 6mm after 7days.
? The outlet of unspent adhesive should be sealed in time, clean the crusts on the outlet for another use within a short time, the performance of adhesive won’t be affected.
● Cautions
? Keep the sealant away from children.
? Use it in ventilated places
? In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear water.
? In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately and go to hospital
for checking.
? Store it in dry and shady places at the temperature of 8~28℃
● Storage
? Storage life if 12 months from the date of manufacture.
