Cartridge Filter with Cellulose Media

Filter Media Types:
1. 100% cellulose
2. Cellulose/polyester blend
3. Cellulose with flame retardant treatment

Features:
1. Lowest pressure across filter media
2. Greatest filter surface allows for largest airflow
3. Uniform pleat spacing is maintained
4. Galvanized steel caps and inner core meshes
5. Urethane gasket to ensure best air sealing

Chemical Resistance:
1. Hydrolysis resistance: Fair
2. Acid resistance: Fair
3. Alkaline Resistance: Fair

Dust Release: Good

Applicable Temperature: 65°C

Typical Applications:
A wide applications, dry and granular shaped particulate such as Metal working, Shot Blasting, Mining industry, Chemical, Gas turbine

Filter Media Types:
1. 100% spun bond polyester
2. Antistatic polyester
3. Oil & water repellant treatment
3. Polyester with PTFE (Teflon) membrane

Features:
1. Durable and rigid material, washable
2. Excellent resistance against electric conductance, oil and water
3. Widest pleat spacing and smooth, hydrophobic PTFE provides excellent dust cake release
4. Highest filter efficiency to meet the stringent efficiency requirements
5. Excellent resistance to chemical erosion

Chemical Resistance:
1. Hydrolysis resistance: excellent
2. Acid resistance: very good
3. Alkaline Resistance: very good

Dust Release: Excellent
Applicable Temperature: 120°C

Typical Applications:
Filtration for very fine dust types in Metal, Wood, Chemical, Pigment, Cement, Food Paper, Plastic, Shot Blasting, Welding Fume, Foundry, Pharmaceutical and other sticky agglomerative dust collections.
