Characteristics:
The whole machine uses Taiwan-made touch man-machine interface and Mitsubishi FX series PLC high-end programmable control system;
The two axes use separate high-performance vector inverter-fed motors and high-performance vector frequency converters to control active winding;
Unwinding controlled by full-automatic constant tension system or active motor unwinding, and equipped with automatic skew adjustment system;
Tension control: taper and automatic constant tension control modes, set any fixed lengths automatically for winding;
Tension control range:3-65KG/full-width,disc or flat knife slitting device may be selected;
Tension control accuracy:±0.5KG/full-width(under full-automatic control).
