Working Principle:

1.An Air processing unit combines an air dryer with a quadruple-circuit protection valve. There are 6 output circuits and two integrated pressure limiting valves, which can double limit the pressure of the former two Circuits 21 & 22 and the latter 4 circuits 23, 24, 25 & 26. A check valve is set up each in the circuits of 25 & 26 and a one way check valve between circuit 23 & circuit 21.


1.Circuits 21 & 22 are designed to be used for the service brake reservoir, Circuits 23 & 24 for parking brake reservoir and Circuits 25 & 26 for auxiliary braking reservoir.


1.The Air Processing Unit offers the flexible pressure combination and the maximum protection for all kinds of air systems.
