Description

Mega's PET department offers the dedicated team for all kinds of preform designs and manufacturing various of preform moulds. Mega has successfully developed advanced hot runner with valve gate system for the preforms moulds, the number of cavities are up to 72 cavities for standard neck finishes.
24 cavity preform mold for the preform with PCO 1810 neck. The weight of the preforms is 22g, Cycle time is 24 Sec with general PET screw type of injection molding machine.It could reach 13 Sec with 3 stage post cooling system.
