Cold Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt
The cold resistance conveyor belt selects nylon canvas plies, and EP canvas as carcase. And the cover rubber is blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, cold resistance,etc
Application:
The cold resistant converyor belts are suitable for conveying bulk materials outdoors in freezing area, cold storage, etc. It can work normally under the conditions of -40°C
Techenical data:
1) Cold resistant conveyor belt can be devided into three types according to cover properties: Laceration resistant type(H),Abrasion resistant type(D), and Ordinary type(L).
2) According to cold resistance, it can be divided into two types of C1 and C2.
C1 working temperature: -40 °C - +50 °C
C2 working temperature: -60 °C - +50 °C
3) Belt Width: 300mm - 2000mm
