Features of Hermos high precision internal grinding machine :
1. The high precision grinding machine is made of advanced cast iron FC-30 with the normalization of artificial heat treatment and natural aging treatment . Processing components adopt the world-class equipment such as YASDA,MITSUI SEIKI,TOSHIBA ,ELB to realize the clamping process at one time .To ensure the equipment foundation components high precision , the precision can reach micron grade .
2. Non-grinding time is largely shortened, equipped with double-position worktable and automatic loading and unloading system(optional), as a result, the production efficiency is largely improved with the processing time between 10 to15 seconds.

4. 4. Key parameters are hard to be regulated by setting up different operation grades in order to avoid fault and damage caused by misoperation.
Safety operation rules :
1. Check whether the transmission part and operating handle are normal and sensitive before starting the machine . Make sure the lubricating oil is enough ,according to the maintenance requirement .
2. Observe the workings at the first 3-5 minutes after starting the grinding machine ,to make sure the grinding wheel should be 3-5mm away from the workpiece . Confirm the lubrication cooling system and each functioning correctly before grinding operations .
3. Pay attention to the temperature and sound of the movement parts when the grinding machine is working .
4. Surface grinding machine grinding feed should be gradually from small to big , not at once in case of broken wheel .
