SCS series electronic truck scale is a new generation of truck scale which depends on today’s domestic truck scale advantage. It’s gradually developed by our own technology and long period of overloading tests.
The main beam is sturdy U-type structure. The weighing platform panel selects Q-235 flat and splices into to the closed box-type structure, which is a very reliable structure.
The welding process adopts unique fixture, precise space orientation and measurement technology, advanced welding technology; effectively ensure the flatness of such a large weighing platform, geometrical size and rational distribution of welding stress.
Welding platform design is standardizing, modularized, serialized, it can form to a variety of models freely, the system selects high precision double shear beam or column weighing sensors, weighing indicator has rich features , strong storage and with a battery that can continue using when the power off, as well as a high precision, low temperature drift and stronger anti-interference stainless steel waterproof junction box, and signal shielded cable to make the measurement system multifunctional and reliable.
