Description

A continuous conveying equipment consisting of a pipe tube made up of either mild steel or stainless steel. Also known as the cement screw conveyor. Universal joint installed at feed point. Can be installed horizontally or inclined with angle not more than 60°. Can be installed with one or more inlets and able to transfer materials to one or more outlets. Conveying distance up to 25 m. Able to handle materials of temperature not more than 200°C.

Working Principle
Its working principle is the same as the GX screw conveyor, only differed in the shape of the feed point which is the universal joint. The universal joint is used to allow free movement between two planes at the same time, including rotary movement. Also adopts a rotating helical screw blade which is driven by electrical motor. The screw blades contain spiral blades known as flights. When screw blade is rotating, materials will be trapped within flights and conveyed forward due to the gravity and friction between the materials and wall.
