? Particle size distribution: usually an average particle size of 34 to 45μm varies according to different purposes, less than 15μm particle size < 7.5%, more than 85μm particle size < 0.5%.
? Powder liquidity: > 140 (ISO8130 - 5:1992), vary according to different purposes

Coating performance: all test with 0.8 mm thickness of oil removal derusting cold-rolled steel sheet, film thickness of 50-80μm
