Description
Molded FRP gratings are manufactured in customized molds by special process with certain open area. The thermosetting resin is used as matrix and the fiberglass roving is used as skeleton. It has double load bearing in both vertical and horizontal directions. Besides, the four edges have excellent loading bearing capacity.

When the molded FRP grating is used as passage platform, maintenance platform, platform between stairs and stair tread, it has the following performance.
The deflection of molded FRP grating midpoint is no more than 9 mm under the accordingly design load bearing capacity.
When the load is 1.5 times of design load bearing capacity, the molded FRP grating will not damage, such as surface crack and layering.
When the load is 5.0 times of design load bearing capacity, the molded FRP grating will not break.
When the molded FRP grating is used as stair tread, it has the following performance.
