Description

1.Characteristics
It is milky white or pale yellow powder, slice or particle. Its freezing point is 50-52°C; soluble in water≥50 °C, mineral oil,ethyl acelate and insoluble in cold water. It decentralizes in warm water, and it is anti-acid and heat resisting.

3.Applications/Usage
Aerating agent, volume and texture improvement and anti-staling in cakes; Bloom retardant and flow modifier in chocolate; Emulsifier in coffee whiteners, dressings and sauces; Improves Overrun and Dryness in frozen desserts and ice cream; Improves stability and texture in icings and fillings; Emulsifier and improves extrudability in pet foods; Improves overrun and texture in whipped toppings.

4.Package and Storage

(2)Storage: store in cool, dry place in tightly sealed packages, protected from heat and light. It is not a dangerous goods for transportation.
