Model: 124018
The L-TG801 Tag is specially designed for use in asset tagging applications such as laptops, IT equipment, vehicles and transport media. The L-TG801 is ideally suited for operating on metallic surfaces (or plastics containing a high metal content).
The Wavetrend series of Active Asset Tags are powered by an internal battery and will transmit a Radio Frequency (RF) signal at a pre-set time-interval for the duration of its life. The Tag life is estimated at 5 years at a transmission time interval of 1.5 seconds. Battery status can be inferred by interrogating the internal Tag Age Counter Value.
The data transmitted by the Tag includes Customer Site Code (CSC), Tag ID, Tag Age Counter Value, Movement Alarm and Tamper Alarm status.
