Description
F series one/two station die cutting machine:
This flatten die cutting machine series have flat pressing and high precision die cutting unit, shifting materials and slice are controlled by servomotor. It finishes all the process of stamping and die-cut, recycle of waste material, slicing and roll winding for auto label brander simultaneously.
Features:
1: Discharging rack independently which adjust easily according to product’s crafts；
2: Safety （limit） sensors of main die-cut station for protect operator；
3: transformer & AC inverter motor system as automatic voltage regulator
4: Scanning sensor for 2nd pass efficient to die-cut for the printed labels & others (Option);
5: Automatic central lubrication;
Application:
1. Sticky production: adhesive label, sticking label, special mobile phone rubber cushion, silicon rubber cushion, magic tape, electric conductive tape, powerful double side adhesive, SUNEAST 3M, Sony special binding products
2. Dustproof materials: Cosmetic cotton, camera cotton, high density sponge, filtering sponge, dust net and non-woven fabric
3. Shock absorbing products: EVA tape, rubber cushion, PORON cushion, 3M, inflammable retardant EVA, high foam
4. Insulation, EMI: Fireproof paper, aluminum foil, copper foil, PVC, PET, brown paper, sponge sheath, pearl cotton sheath
5.Heat insulation material: Silicon sheet, transparent mica, fiber cloth, heat insulation cotton (fabric)
