The outer layer is PE conductive film or PE conductive grid film with the surface resistance of 103 -105 Ω， and the outer could also be shielding film with the surface resistance of 108-1011 Ω,. The inner layer is anti-static air bubble bag which can prevent products from damage duo to collision, attrition, or static and its surface resisitance is 108-1011 Ω.
